Note: For cushions we’ll need some simple measurements to determine how much fabric you’ll need – prices vary according to the size of your cushion.

Manage your order in your account

After placing your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with access to your Comfort Works account.

At this stage, we’ll need you to upload photos of your furniture in your account: instructions will be provided in the confirmation email.

Confirm your measurements with our team

Within 48 hours of uploading your photos, you’ll receive a customised measurement form to fill in.

These measurements have been mapped to the shape of your sofa by our team, so you won’t need to figure out what to measure – all you need is a tape measure.

Confirm your order

We’ll double and triple check your measurements to ensure everything is in order. When your measurements have been approved by our head seamstress, we’ll confirm your order and place it in production.

All our covers are made to order with a delivery time of 4-5 weeks.

Your satisfaction is the utmost importance to us, that's why we've introduced a 60-Day 'In Love Again' Guarantee - live with your new slipcovers for 60 days, and if they don't fit or perform as they should, we'll make it right.

With our style options, you'll have the choice of keeping the original look of your sofa, or transforming it into a unique looking statement piece.

Do I have to pay custom taxes or import duties?

All import taxes are included in your payment and there would be no further charges on receiving the order in the EU and the UK. For all other countries, Comfort Works is not responsible for any custom taxes or import fee associated to the delivery of your order, nor can we guarantee the amount of taxes you have to pay.

The best way to confirm this is by giving your local customs office a call before you order and if still in doubt, do drop us a note and we'll help you the best we can!

What happens next after placing my order?

At every step, we'll email you with updates on your order's progress. Upon placing your order, our online payment processor will issue an invoice to you, and an order confirmation e-mail about 24 hours after. For some sofa models, you will be required to measure your sofa with instructions via e-mail. Do check your spam folders if you don't receive our emails, or drop us a message to follow up.

Only after confirmation will your order will go into production, quality control and shipment with a tracking number sent to you. You should get your slipcovers in a week or so right after.

What if the cover doesn't fit well?

Upon receipt, it is quite normal for some looseness which could be resolved through a wash as per our care guide.

However, if the fit issues are more severe, please send us an e-mail within 30 days of receiving your order describing your fit issues, and we will see to the possibility of a repair or replacement in line with Comfort Works' Guarantee.
