Our current shipping time is around 3-4 weeks; typically during peak periods it could take a bit longer but rest assured we'll get the covers to you as soon as we possibly can without compromising on quality.
We do need to take the time to ensure every piece is given care and attention required - the end result has to be something we ourselves would be happy with.
All parcels are shipped exclusively via DHL, FEDEX with tracking and insurance.
Is your Slipcover too tight or loose? Maybe a button fell out? Perhaps the zipper broke? Well, that's just not good enough.
We absolutely stand behind everything we make and sew - We will either send you a replacement, provide alteration credit if you'd prefer to amend via your local seamstress or refund you at the worst case scenario; we'll do whatever it takes to satisfy and float that boat of yours - just let us know ASAP when you get the covers and snap some photos to get us on the same page.
Remember to order some fabric samples though, because colours on each monitor can and will vary; most importantly though, get samples because it's not cool to protest if you think our whites doesn't exactly match the white you have on your wall.
This also include fair wear & tear usage of a couch as per our fabric care guide; it goes without saying though that no couch (read: slipcovers) should EVER double the function of a scratching post for your furry ones or a trampoline for the kids, no matter how cute and adorable they are.
Other than that, we strongly advocate against spot cleaning, stain protection sprays and excessive exposure to the sun; Remember to slip, slop, slap :)
Apart from that, everything we sell is handmade from scratch in our own workshop; Once an order is placed, fabric is retrieved from storage, a pattern is then drawn on it; We then cut, sew, pipe, edge, iron, pack and schedule it for pick up by the guys in the funny shorts.
