How should I care for my new replacement seat cushion inserts?

Our seat cushion inserts are designed for indoor use only. Keep them away from moisture, rain, and snow. Please don’t machine wash them.

For small spills or surface stains, gently blot away as much liquid as possible with paper towels or a clean cloth. Then, spot clean the area with warm, soapy water and let the insert air dry completely.

For larger or deeper spills, sprinkle baking soda generously over the area to absorb the liquid. Once dry, vacuum it off, then spot clean the same way. Avoid soaking the foam and always let it air dry completely. Do not use a dryer.

Each insert has a designated top and bottom side. The top features a softer memory foam layer for comfort. Don’t flip the insert itself, but you can rotate or flip your cushion cover to refresh your seat.

Do you make replacement seat cushion inserts for all sofa brands?

We currently offer replacement seat cushion inserts for the sofa models listed on our website. If yours isn’t there yet, we’re not able to make it just now, but we’re always adding new models, so keep an eye out!

What should I do if my replacement seat cushion arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry if your seat cushion insert didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please contact our customer support team within 14 calendar days of delivery. Be sure to include your proof of purchase and a few clear photos showing the issue.

You can reach us here, and we’ll do our best to sort it out quickly.

Please note that this policy applies to unused items in their original condition. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or modification isn’t covered.

What if I change my mind after receiving my seat cushion inserts?

Because each seat cushion insert is made to order for a specific sofa model, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered.

If you have selected the wrong sofa model while your order is still in production, please get in touch as soon as possible. A 30% restocking fee will apply to cover production costs.

To avoid sizing issues, we recommend double-checking your sofa model before placing your order. If you’re unsure, our team is always happy to help. Just reach out before ordering and we’ll guide you through it.

Can I order custom-made (made-to-measure) cushion inserts?

Not just yet. Our seat cushion inserts are currently made to fit the sofa models listed on our website. We’re always developing new options, and custom sizes are something we hope to offer in the future.

Do you also make replacement cushion inserts for back cushions?

Not right now. We're starting with seat cushions, since they're usually the first to lose their shape and support. But we know back cushions matter too, and they're definitely on our radar for the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our made-to-order seat cushion inserts typically take about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive from the day your order is paid for.

During busy shopping seasons, fulfilment may take a little longer, but we’ll always let you know if there are any delays.
