从那时起，亨利和瑞秋已经在全球范围内改造了超过10万张沙发。如今，我们不再只是他们两个人——我们在中国深圳建立了自己的世界级生产工作室，工匠和专业裁缝（他们的技艺远胜亨利和瑞秋）手工制作我们发出的每一张沙发套。

为什么选择我们的沙发套？

Comfort Works 手工沙发套提供业内领先的 3 年布料质保，无论您是为宠物、儿童还是活跃的生活方式，都能找到最适合您的沙发套。

您的满意对我们至关重要，因此我们推出了 60 天“再次爱上”质保——您可以试用 60 天，如果沙发套不合身或性能不理想，我们将为您量身定制。

我们提供多种款式选择，您可以选择保留沙发的原貌，也可以将其打造成一件独特的点睛之笔。

我需要缴纳关税或进口税吗？

所有进口税已包含在您的付款中，在欧盟和英国收到订单时无需支付任何额外费用。对于其他国家/地区，Comfort Works 不承担任何与您的订单配送相关的关税或进口费用，也无法保证您需要支付的税款金额。

确认此信息的最佳方式是在下单前致电您当地的海关办公室。如仍有疑问，请给我们留言，我们将竭诚为您服务！

下订单后接下来会发生什么？

在每个阶段，我们都会通过电子邮件向您发送订单进度更新。下单后，我们的在线支付处理器将向您开具发票，并在约 24 小时后向您发送订单确认邮件。部分沙发型号需要您根据邮件中的说明测量沙发尺寸。如果您没有收到我们的邮件，请检查您的垃圾邮件文件夹，或给我们留言进行跟进。

订单确认后，我们才会进行生产、质量控制和发货，并向您发送追踪号。您应该会在一周左右的时间内收到沙发套。

如果封面不太合适怎么办？

收到后，如果出现一些松动的情况，这很正常，只需按照我们的保养指南清洗即可解决。

但是，如果尺码问题较为严重，请在收到订单后 30 天内给我们发送电子邮件，详细说明您的尺码问题，我们将根据 Comfort Works 的保修条款，为您进行维修或更换。
