Worldwide, with FREE SHIPPING available to most countries and applies when your cart meets a minimum spend of about USD$150. This threshold will automatically be applied upon selecting your delivery destination (country) at checkout with products added to cart.

These countries in Asia below get FREE SHIPPING if cart value is over $100 USD:
Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand.

If you're living in these countries below, you'll be shown a shipping fee between $12 USD to $35 USD (or higher). Unfortunately, DHL/FedEx charge a higher shipping cost to your country.

Import tax / Custom duties

All import taxes are included, no further charges on receiving the order in the US, EU, Canada, UK, Australia and Japan.

For other shipping countries, certain custom offices may incur import taxes or custom duties on international shipment. Unfortunately we are not responsible for the additional charges from the local custom office as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

When in doubt, contact us for a rough estimate or get in touch with your local customs office.

Timeframe - How long until..

Delivery time for most standard (no extra customisations or measurements required) is typically within 3–4 weeks from the time of order.

Your parcel usually ships out within 3 weeks, and we’ll allow up to another week for it to arrive at your doorstep.

The 'Express Order' add-on will ensure shipment within 8-12 days from the time of order - we will also get back to you within 24 hours to confirm the availability of fabric in case Express Order is not possible. This priority service will incur an additional ~$60 or equivalent in other currencies on top of the standard shipping fee.

If it is a busy period, the Express Order option will not be available on our checkout page.

Rather than pushing for overtime and hiring contractors, we focus on making sure that every piece is given the time and attention required to maintain consistencies and the quality that we ourselves would be happy with.

We strongly suggest the use of work/office addresses, as deliveries will happen between working hours and will require a signature upon delivery.

Boring but important!

Upon delivery, please make sure that the parcel you received is NOT damaged for any reason, this will be obvious if the double corrugated packaging box and the cloth bag inside is not intact; if they are damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel and point it out to the couriers that the parcel is damaged and request for a claim on the spot. This is very important for both you and us to make sure the shipping company are liable for their mistakes.

However, if a delivery is refused due to shipping details provided incorrectly, our courier providers will return the item to us and from there, we will consider our obligation for shipment as final; any additional fee that may be incurred to fulfill the handling and reshipping of the parcel will be charged on to the recipient.

In short: Never receive the parcel if the packaging is badly damaged or torn. Work/office addresses are highly recommended so someone will always be available to receive the parcel.

From the date you receive your slipcovers, you have 60 days to make sure they’re right for you and your home. If they’re not, let us know and we’ll make it right with a free replacement (does not apply to Honest mistakes or Change of mind). No returns required. Still not happy after trying the replacements? We’ll try again – or issue you a full refund.

if there is anything wrong with the fit, fabric performance or construction, send us an email with the details and we’ll get working on your replacement slipcover. We may require you to send us detailed photos and/or measurements so we can make sure your replacement is perfect.

If you made an honest mistake or had a change of mind, send us an email and we’ll be happy to offer you store credit to the value of 50% of your original order value (shipping fees excluded).
